Rachel Baker

RachelBakerisanurse researcher for a local healthcare system. She leads nurses conducting research and makes decisions to set a strategic vision for the nursing research program. Rachel is also an adjunct professor teaching Research and Biostatistics to nursing students. In addition to her career in the nursing field, she volunteers as a court appointed special advocate (CASA) with ProKids and volunteers time in her kids’ local public schools.

After growing up in Michigan, Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati, master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan, and PhD in nursing research from the University of Cincinnati. Rachel has lived in Anderson Township for just over 21 years, where she is now raising her three children.
