Jeffrey A. Crossman

Representing Parma, Brooklyn Heights, Cuyahoga Heights, and part of southwest Cleveland, Jeff Crossman began his first term serving the Ohio House in January 2019. Jeff is a dedicated public servant and brings his five years of experience as a Parma City Councilman to the Statehouse.

While serving on Parma’s City Council, Jeff was instrumental in crafting a balanced city budget, oversaw a wide array of local governmental operations, worked to improve neighborhoods and keep them safe. Jeff is also a former member of Parma’s Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.

Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union and a Master’s Degree from the University of Akron. He is a practicing attorney and earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law after graduating magna cum laude.

Jeff is an active member of his community. He provides certain legal counsel pro bono and has worked to fight hunger as a volunteer and board member of the Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland. Jeff is the former Vice President of Hunger Network’s Board of Trustees.

Jeff will fight for quality education, access to quality healthcare, a balanced state budget, and work to ensure Ohio’s communities have the proper tools and resources they need to get ahead.
